Easy to cut. Looks like real grass from the street. It is comfortable to walk, and sit on. It is very easy to clean, and can use a broom to easily sweep things off.

I began working on this project, about a year. My busy schedule caused me to leave it unfinished for several months. However when I finally completed it what truly amazed me was how well the grass that had been sitting in the Alabama sun for months blended in seamlessly with the grass. There was no difference in color. This particular type of grass is incredibly soft and unlike any of the samples I had tried before. It has a texture vibrant coloring and feels underfoot. I was so impressed, with it that I decided to order more to expand my project. I would highly recommend this brand above all others!
